PLAYCE: Community Engagement and Empowerment through Social Science and Play!
Science indicates that play naturally generates cooperative inquiry and collaborative problem-solving. This two-hour event explores how using social science and play in the design process fosters meaningful public participation and supports community empowerment. This interactive webinar will be a unique opportunity to both participate and observe these unique techniques, rooted in play.
Educational resources and continuing education certificates will be provided. CEUs for a total of 2 Professional Development Hours (.2 IACET CEU / 2 AIA HSW LU / 2 LA CES HSW PDH). Learners receiving CEUs must meet the criteria for participation and achievement of learning objectives.
