The Finance & Accounting Intern is a member of the Finance & Accounting team. This position will be heavily involved with month-end reporting as well as additional routine and ad-hoc responsibilities.

RESPONSIBILITIES WILL INCLUDE:
- Coordinating completion of month-end activities
- Printing and distributing Financial presentations
- Assembling and reviewing monthly business review presentation
- Assembling and reviewing Sales & Marketing comments for Board presentation
- Reviewing Net Sales & EBITDA bridges
- Printing and distributing Board books
- Gathering invoices and approvals to support Corporate capitalizations
- Other duties as assigned by Manager or Supervisor
QUALIFICATIONS
- Aspiring junior in an undergraduate degree program with an interest and aptitude to work in the field of Accounting & Finances from an accredited college/university
- Excellent written and verbal communications
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, with a general understanding of data analysis techniques
- Ability to participate within a multi-disciplinary team
SCHEDULE AND COMPENSATION
- 20 - 29 hours per week
- $15 per hour plus free parking
ADDITIONAL REQUIREMENT
- Prepare an end of term Reflection Presentation of your work experience
